Last updated: May 2026. Paper Zero (“we”, “us”) operates paperzero.in and related services for simulated NSE trading in India. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up (e.g. via Google).
Usage data: watchlists, simulated orders, positions, wallet balance, and session activity stored to run the product.
Technical data: browser type, IP address, and device information in server logs for security and reliability.
How we use information
To provide paper trading, sync your portfolio, send essential account emails (e.g. password reset), and improve platform stability.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to place real trades or open demat accounts.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (including Firebase/Google Cloud). Access is limited to systems required to operate the service.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to protect data using industry-standard practices.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@paperzero.in.
You may stop using the service and delete your account through support if self-serve deletion is not yet available.
