Cancellation & Refund Policy

Virtual capital packs

Paid packs (from ₹99 up to ₹9,999) credit virtual money to your paper wallet only. They do not represent real currency, securities, or exchange membership.

Once virtual capital is credited and used in simulated trading, the pack is considered consumed in part or full.

Refunds

If payment succeeded but virtual capital was not credited within 48 hours, contact support@paperzero.in with your registered email and payment reference for a full refund or manual credit.

Duplicate charges or technical errors on our side are eligible for full refund within 7 days of the transaction.

Change-of-mind refunds: if no simulated trades were placed after purchase, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. After any trade on the credited wallet, refunds are not available except where required by law.

Cancellations

Subscriptions (if offered later) can be cancelled before the next billing cycle; access continues until the period ends. No refund for the current period unless mandated by law.

We may suspend accounts that abuse refunds, chargebacks, or violate terms.

Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving virtual capital may result in permanent account closure.
